Holistic Midwifery Care
A ministry dedicated to restoring the integrity and wholeness in maternity care, by honoring the God-given autonomy, wisdom, and innate strength in every mother
Rooted in the belief that Christ is sovereign, we deeply respect each mother as the primary decision-maker in her health and birth experience
A woman’s body instinctively knows how to give birth, and we believe in protecting her space to do so.
Honoring the baby’s experience of birth
Feel heard; feel valued

I am a Licensed Midwife specializing in traditional and holistic care, providing comprehensive maternity services to healthy, low-risk women seeking a low-intervention, out-of-hospital birth experience. I have the privilege of facilitating safe, natural birth in the comfort of the mother’s home, while offering evidence-based prenatal care, thorough risk assessment, monitoring during labor and delivery, and attentive postpartum care.
I walk alongside each family by helping them clarify their goals, understand their options, and move through pregnancy feeling informed, supported, and empowered.
The midwifery model of care is centered on the belief that birth is a natural and sacred process- not merely a medical event. It emphasizes individualized, holistic care that supports a woman's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Frequently Asked Questions

Home birth gives the mother freedom and autonomy to move and act freely, to listen to her body and baby in a supportive and protected environment. At home, there is no worry about foreign germs, or strangers interrupting your flow. With a trained an attentive midwife to observe and guide when needed, a home birth is just as safe, sometimes safer that at the hospital for low risk pregnancies.
It’s not about home vs. hospital. It is about having a choice, being heard, informed, and respected.

A homebirth midwife provides prenatal care, support during labor and birth, and postpartum care for you and your baby. She will walk with you through pregnancy answering questions, addressing your concerns, informing you of all your options, help you with nutrition needs, and get to know you and your family as you prepare to welcome your baby. During labor and birth, a midwife observes, encourages, guides, and very often sits patiently as you journey through contractions. A midwife sits as a guardian to physiological birth and helps guide it back if it strays from normal or cares for mother and baby if it doesn’t. Postpartum, a midwife is there to check over baby, answer your questions and make sure you have the resources you need as you transition into having another member of your family.
