It was an honor to have Grace as a midwife. She is gentle, caring and nurturing every step of the way, especially during birth. She listened to each of my concerns and gave me the freedom to labor in the way my body and mind desired. They took the sweetest care of me post birth when I was struggling. I can’t recommend her enough. I don’t know of many other midwives who pour their hearts and souls into what they do, but Grace definitely does. She serves her mamas first. Thank you for everything Grace!

"For my 7th baby, it was really important to me that everyone in my birth space trust in the design of birth and my ability to navigate on my own. I only wanted support and love and guidance at my request. Grace was exactly that! I felt her calm assuring presence as she witnessed me through labor and birth. And when I reached out for help after my baby was born she was right there ready to help in the ways I needed. I felt honored and my wishes respected the whole time. My husband and I are incredibly thankful for her! "

Grace walked me through a redemptive HBAC. From birth trauma counseling prior to conception, to a pregnancy where I felt seen, loved, respected, and sovereign with every choice. To a birth and delivery where I felt held and empowered. My whole family loved every appointment with Grace and our birth and postpartum experience. Grace is an amazing midwife for those looking for someone who can be hands off and respectful of your choices, but also has so much wisdom and knowledge for what to do should an emergency arise. We are so grateful for her!

I switched to SMC at 38 weeks and when I met Grace and her team, I immediately felt at ease knowing they would be the ones taking care of me. They both had such a calm presence which I really needed at that time of my life due to moving cross country and some unforeseen circumstances. I unfortunately was a hospital transfer, but both of them came with me and stayed with me the entire time. They also made sure to advocate for my wishes and didn’t allow for anything to happen that I wasn’t comfortable with. They also were so helpful and compassionate during postpartum. Im grateful they were apart of my birth experience. They are amazing women and I can’t recommend them enough

I truly cannot say enough good things about Grace and her team. She is an absolute God-send. Her knowledge of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is phenomenal, but what meant the most to me was how deeply she respects my autonomy. I came into this pregnancy with very clear wishes for how I wanted things to go, and not only did Grace honor every single one, she made sure I always fully understood my options and felt confident in my decisions. I never one felt rushed, dismissed, or talked over. She genuinely listened to every concern I had and always offered thoughtful, evidence-based insight in the calmest, most reassuring way. You can feel that she truly cares about you as a whole person. Justine, who was part of myc are, was also amazing. Kind, gentle, supportive and knowledgeable. Exactly the type of person you want next to you in pregnancy and birth. I will never second-guess having Grace and her team with me for any future babies. Their care is exceptional! Highly, highly recommend.

The midwives at Sovereign Maternity were such a blessing to our family. They were very caring, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and very giving. We experienced loss at the beginning of my pregnancy. The love and support I received from these women was exactly what I needed during that time. I recommend Sovereign Maternity Care to everyone I know looking for midwife services.

Grace is a competent and compassionate midwife who goes above and beyond her duty to provide loving and supportive care for her clients both before and after their deliveries. Always available to do what she can to keep her moms safe, healthy, and happy.

Grace and her team were amazing to work with. We asked some tough questions and Grace provided us with the best information for us to make the best decision for our family. She was calming during my birth and the postpartum visits were something I looked forward to and enjoyed. I hope to work with them again one day.

I loved using Sovereign maternity Care. They were helpful with any questions I had and helped calm any fears that were bothering me. I love that they give you the information and you decide the course of action you want to take. In a world where doctors take authority over our bodies and birth stories, these wonderful women gave my authority back and I got to have the birth I always wanted.

Words do not express the extent of my gratitude. I had excellent follow-up before and childbirth. I had complications at the time of delivery and thanks to professionalism, everything went well. My birth was natural and at home.

Grace is an amazing midwife. She loved and served our family in many ways. Her passion for natural birth, the way God intended it to be, is a treasure. I'm very grateful she was our midwife for two pregnancies.

I'm so grateful to have had Grace. as my midwife for the birth of my daughter. She's extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My autonomy was respected and supported byh er which is an extremely important quality of a midwife, in my opinion. The care of my daughter and I received from Grace and her team was beyond anything I could have imagined. I definitely want to have her as my midwife for any future births.

Grace and her team were amazing to work with. She attended the last 2 of my 5 home births. She made me and my husband feel extremely comfortable and answered all of our questions. As a Christian, it was so nice to have our midwife pray with us and show so much compassion and joy in welcoming our little ones. I also loved the postpartum care Grace provided. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to pursue a home birth.

I had a wonderful experience with Grace as my midwife. Her care throughout my pregnancy was exceptional. She supported me with clear guidance on nutrition, stead reassurance, and genuine compassion. I always felt safe in her care and confident in her skill. This was my third birth, and it was the best care my baby and I have ever received. I'm deeply grateful and highly recommend her to anyone seeking knowledgeable, attentive midwifery care. Justine helped me so much as well and I really appreciated her guidance and support.

I had an amazing experience. I had a prior csection and wanted a vaginal birth. The ob immediately wanted to schedule another csection and were not supportive of my birth plan. I found sovereign maternity care and they immediately made me feel confident in the birth i wanted. Every apt I felt heard and cared for. By the time of my birth I was excited and in complete trust of my body and midwife. Will definitely be using them for all future births!

10/10 recommend. An absolutely wonderful experience. Grace was so informative and intentional about laying out all of my options and supporting me with whatever option I went with. She truly cares about your whole wellbeing- mind, body and soul. She was such a calming presence throughout the whole process. Justine and Candice were also amazing women who gave wonderful insight and care for me and baby. Cannot recommend enough!

I cannot recommend Grace and Savannah enough. From the first time i spoke with them, I know the Lord put them in my life for a reason. Expecting TWINS, I was having a hard time finding midwives who were willing to attend my home birth. Grace and Savannah weren't just willing; they were confident, knowledgeable, and excited! They didn't view my twin pregnancy as a problem or burden, and I knew I would be in great hands with them. Due to a health issue with one twin that would require surgery immediately (following the birth), my dream of giving birth at home was shattered at 21 weeks. Even though they could no longer attend my birth, Grace and Savannah continued to provide excellent prenatal and postnatal care. Because of their nutritional guidance, I carried my twins to 41 weeks, but they did more than care for me physically. They ministered to my soul and cared about me and my babies holistically. They have become dear friends, and I pray for the day that every woman can receive the level of care they provide.
